Or do you send the data to a different geo/map program like google earth that already has street names?

If you change counties, that will query wigle.net for more new points. If you have only downloaded one county, you should still have the default mappack that came with JiGLE. Switch to that and back to your county and that should update. I'm having trouble with this, since it's a new topic I posted ...
