When viewing stats for WWWD4, if you click to go to page 2 or the next page, it brings up the overall stats. The links seem to be missing the 'eventid=1' part of the url.

I think Wigle has some safeguards in place to prevent bogus data from flooding the system. It does checks on geographic location, how often the AP is seen, etc etc. and gives it a quality rating. How is the 'Percentage Quality Locations' calculated? I know it says "Percentage of observations with GPS coordinates and not filtered out", but what would cause an observation to be filtered out?
