I have been using Digle. When I use Jigle it seems to bring down a larger amount. Is that true? With Digle, how does it decide which ones to download if the amount exceeds the download limit?

When I look on the webmaps I see more APs on a street than when I look at the same street through the client maps. Are only some downloaded?
