I'd try computer forums of all kinds, like Android, Raspberry Pi, Linux,. etc. Explain what you do and why and you can point to WiGLE.net so they can see the effort is world wide. I've heard there are some election workers in FL that can count reasonably well if you need extra help. Just think what the maps would look like.do you have any concept of how long it takes to count these things by hand?
we'll be lucky if we get there by 8MM and have to start all over!
