I continue to see my car Bluetooth...annoying....how does sw work ?

Hi, as title says....I continue to see very often my car bluetooth system coming up in the list of BT devices discovered,
It is:
1) annoying
2) wrong, because every time it is "discovered" (or seen again as duplicated) but with different GPS coordinates than before.

So how does system work, specially with note number 2 ?
Same if I'm in a queue or travelling with other cars for a while...will see their WiFi in car (taxi, etc have it) and BT multiple times in different GPS spots. How does sw treat this ?

the list is what's visible, not "new"

Ok, visible, makes sense.
What I'm saying is that if I have trip one hour by car, I will see my bluetooth car system for one hour always there. I don't really want to see it all the time. Can something be done to avoid this ?
