Do you plan on providing a client for open Linux-based phones such as Pine Phone and Purism? They would not be subject to any artificial scanning limitations.

you can probably run a Kismet variant/build on those, which already includes WiGLE upload export!

It would be hard for us to top Kismet in terms of power and flexibility!
