Should I merge database from different phones or keep them seperate ?

Different phones have different antennas and record different signal level for same location.
If somehow I figure out on one device -Xdb is Ym away. Keeping database separate will help ?
Is there a way to import database from different phone and mark it's origin.

merging databases will slow performance - bigger databases are slower.
