The main idea of ​​this project is to be able to help missing persons search organizations to shed light on the disappearances of people.
I will need some volunteers to help me with this. I lack technical skills and especially in coding, I can do certain things but it's DIY.
I am more of a generalist and this project also needs a specialist.
with the information that we could provide thanks to this project will make it possible to cross-reference information and know the position of private cameras to increase the field covered for the investigation. So the more complete the map, the more effective it is. by sharing this map and having as many people as possible privately indicating the position of their cameras, the better the result of the investigations will be, what do you think? ideas? suggestions?

Could someone help me with dynamic importation informations? Who has if not too much to charge in one time on a map. with gogo.fr or another map for now since is the beginning there is no incidence.

If you want to attempt this privacy violation, you might want to talk with Google and Apple. Their scans in quantity and frequency dwarf as a response that this project could potentially generate. Every device out there using Google location services or whatever Apple calls their location services are generating these datapoints every minute of every day from every Device with a gps, wifi, bluetooth and some kind data connection.
