KML downloading doesn't work

Always returns too short KML file (~700 bytes) with just one position instead of all.

actually, can you retry first? I think I introduced a KML bug while preparing a cross-device sync/client-side CSV access feature to deal with Android's new filesystem limitations.

those transactions had no new networks located - you'll have to look at the CSVs locally, but perhaps your GPS was acting up?
