Problems w/ uploads?

Posting fRom my PDA...

my last 3 uploads have shown new stations but 0 with GPS. I did a quick check of my dstumbler logs and only a very select few are missing GPS info... what's up?

occasionally, things that don't show their solution immediately take a little while longer to round up.

when i checked on your posts... less than an hour after your original post to this forum... nothing showed up as awry.

if you can provide some specifics (transaction id's etc.) it would be a great help.

Here's my transactions... note one of them went fine last week. ???

I took out some of the fields, but I'm obviously getting some new networks, just they don't show up. I'll go through my logs again and look to make sure GPS data is there, but I did this with the first few logs that were erroring out. Nothing has changed hardware or software wise on my end in 4 months, except for 2 months ago I recompiled dstumbler to fix the sesquigagimahemidecimal coordinate problem.

I'm not really complaining, I mean I made it to the first page and all, but I do enjoy poking around JiGLE/DiGLE and actually seeing the stations I found.

20041001-00022 is also not working. I manually verified that every line has GPS info, and I did not gzip it before uploading.

once we get the hardware work done, i will go through those by hand.
i may have broken the dstumbler parser. gah.
hrm. if you're running the patched version of dstumbler, would you consider
using the updated patch from

which tags the logfile, allowing us to identify dstumblers that are logging in decimal, or alternately, switching back to the unpatched dstumbler?

i re-ran all those transactions. any better?

the values appear correct now, we may just have some additional bookkeeping to clean up on the wiglefarm.

yah thanks! I noticed they were all better a few days ago but my little stumbling rig only has about 15 minutes of runtime, and the inverter and power cord are a semi-permanent (run under the back seat) installation, so I didn't have time to hit the forums after uploading and checking the upload status page. I guess I could have used my desktop eh?

I applied the patch a few days ago as well, and checked the logs. Looks like they are getting tagged now. Thanks!
