Uploads broken

It seems that I can't upload anything. It just sits after submitting the form for hours.

It's not actually broken, it just runs really slow because of the network's location point ordering needed so the client can view the polygons. This work is done when you submit, which is obviously not working out. I turned it off on submitting, I'll have to make it a cron job that update networks that have been modified.
