Broken groupstats
"Networks this month" column not reset at start of month.
Networks this month" stats first resets for an indivdual groupmembers row, when that groupmember uploads a new file. I.E. if a groupmember uploaded data in May, the figure in the Networks this month still shows the figure for May, even though the month has changed, untill the groupmember uploads new data. Previously the column was reset to zero every month.
If on purpose, why this change ? If not on purpose, please fix

Please deploy PokingStick(Bobzilla) subroutine, preferably after having deployed PokingStick(groupstats), as the the same snag reared its head again today..

Not just groups. For various reasons our cron didn't go happily, I've run by hand, s'all ok now.
