I don't know what the police are like in Belgium, but here in the U.S. a setup like that would likely get you pulled over even though you are within legal limits. Also, if the cop was not very educated (they aren't around here) they'd probably arrest you.

well anyways, I hope the Belgian cops are more understanding than the US cops.

if i close the screen then there is no problem i think ....
i have also one in my car with the screen open ....
