Has the API changed?

Hi All,
I wrote the IGiGle client. A query by ZIP like

http://WiGLE.net/gps/gps/GPSDB/confirmq ... imple=true

use to work. No I gt the error:

An Error has occurred:
Not enough parameters for output.

Please go back and try again.

when I use it. My Lat Long query still works fine. What has changed?
