help with upload

Im not sure why but everytime i upload a file to wigle it gets stated as failed in the queue. I use wifihopper and the filenames end with .hop
I know for a fact that there are about 60 or 70 NEW points with GPS and none of those are on the map yet. so they are new discoveries. does wigle take .hop files from wifihopper. or am i needing to convert them somehow?

Thank you. Sort of see that page and still think I was doing it right. Using netstumber. SWhich I had used in the past. I get that prog confused with wifihopper. Dont ask me how. But I did. Ill just have to convert them. IM looking forward to adding my little dots around my town. I figure I cover the my current town area with dots I wont have to see it anymore. Im so homesick.
