How can I get the database from wigle?

I'm new here and I want to know how can I get the database from wigle?

the short answer is: you can't. the longer answer depends on what it is you're trying to do.

as a logged in user you can query the database, and using the clients you can look at portions of it for specific areas.

Aren't the data for sale? (I ticked the box allowing WiGLE to sell).

The coverage maps over at SkyhookWireless looked very similar to the Wigle maps... (http://www.skyhookwireless.com/howitworks/coverage.php)

I'm doing a reseach on AP distribution. And I saw a paper(http://www.mobnets.rwth-aachen.de/filea ... lation.pdf) used the database in wigle, I can use Query to get a small area's database, but how can I get all, what I need is just all the AP and BS's locations.

academic research and commercial use are separate things.

again, if you have a specific question about the data: you can get ahold of us at wigle-admin@wigle.net and we can usually help you out. a number of folks
just attempt scrape the data from the site without bothering to get ahold of us and often end up getting bad or limited data as a result.
