Some of the columns in the query are self explanatory, however, some of the other columns are not.

For example the Flags collums and the QoS column. Where do these numbers come from?

QoS is, IIRC, a derived number based on how often reliably/well the AP is seen.

Flags are various bits of data given off by the ap to describe the type of 802.11 communication that is to take place.
