LA, Riverside and San Bernardino

I generated LA, Riverside and San Bernardino on a more beefier box, so anyone who has tried to generate them and had it failed they exist now. They didn't turn out too well since they are such a big area. I'm working on making large areas look decent as part of the rendering from GIS data in a DB task in the RiGLE project. It is currently bug-for-bug compatible with the rendering-from-flatfile system, so hopefully I can roll out an earlier version soon. (plus I got city-names to work, that helps the look a lot too)
