I have just found this app its called Mobile Atlas Creator (MOBAC) http://mobac.sourceforge.net/ and was wondering if this could be used to create maps for offline use in the android app if so i could create a tutorial on how to create a map pack if its needed

is there a way we could change the default map set used for android as MOBAC can only go down to level 16 on Mapnik
