IP to Wifi location

Hi Guys,
I am new here so please be patient.
I am an App developer, I have a list of IPs of users who visit my App,
i am looking for a way to understand from which Wifi name they visit my App
is there a way to do it ?

No, there's no mapping of ip address to wifi networks. That would require deeper packet inspection than what wardriving is.

Probably even worse than that I'd have thought for most networks to get accurate IP information would end up requiring illegally making unauthorised use of said network for NAT detection since the vast majority of wifi networks are behind NAT routers passively sniffing IP addresses would be pointless anyway.
