Odd network showing since 2.11 installed

Since installing 2.11 a few days ago, have noticed a permanent reported network on Ch 149, ESS, SSID 00:00:00:00:00:00
Is this a bug? Always at -94dB.

Have not seen anything like that, the OS would be reporting that back to the app. Does it stay through a reboot?

Was noticed on a samsung tablet a week ago - last trip on the intercity train. Since been restarted and cannot re-create observation.
just fresh installed app on two smartphones and also not observing this. Interested if anyone else has observed this.
Edit : Wifi Analyser was also reporting this, so, yes, coming from the OS rather than with the app.
Obviously not a Wigle issue.
Edit : just reinstalled and noticed V on play store is now 2.12

Yeah, 2.12 just has some bug fixes and library version bumps.
