Web maps showing "Plot Error, Apologies"

Checking if the map server is being restarted this evening (which seems to be the historical culprit of the plot error msg showing)..

We had taken the mapserver down to provide some extra resources to background processing, that is done and mapserver was started back up.

We've restarted the map server, tiles should be generating shortly!

yeah, with the current configuration map server restarts are taking WAY too long! We're working on new approaches!
