Forum skin changes

I've released a responsive forum skin that matches the rest of the new site design. Hopefully this will use screen real-estate more effectively, and work on all devices - please let us know if you notice problems or missing functionality. I've left the old skin available for folks who want to keep using it - you can select it in your preferences for the board.
