map broken / osmdroid banned from osm/mapnik!?

I can bring up the area on the interactive web-map. (though none of my updated data is populating, filtered 2013-2015) But only with open-map unchecked. If checked, only broken tiles display. In the android app, only points are displaying, regardless of the OSM setting.
