i get an error when i use DWL-122 Prism2 chipset with Kismac

The gear needed for wardriving

hi guys,

i've just got my DWL-122 B1 prism2 ..

it gives me an error says " USB Prism2 error - A driver error occured with your USB, make sure it is properly connected. Scanning will be canceled. Errors may have be printed to console.log. "

could u guys help me

I have the same thing, and I was pretty sure it's using the Ralink chipset.

Wouldn't it really be better if you posted that over at the Kismac mailing list ? Afterall they are the ones who really knows the innards of Kismac, and how it interacts with the various hardware devices it supports ?
