I'm looking for the person or people that mapped out Portland. It was done perfectly with every street in the downtown area done 1 block at a time. It's been hard finding new networks around here since it was done so well.

I've done a lot of Portland, the downtown core, north, northeast out to about Rocky Butte, southeast out to about 82nd and down to Powell-ish, though my coverage thins out a bit in that direction.
There are still lots of holes, and I still see new networks when I drive around in a less systematic way. If you want to compare notes, come to a Personal Telco meeting some time. Give me a heads up you are coming and I'll be sure to bring my gear.
