When triangulation process is executed? Immediately during logfile import or periodically (i.e. every month) on whole database?

When you have large network file and upload it, youre able to see Triangulating in status. Trianguation is done after upload.

Is location data stored on wigle.net server (and access points' coordinates are updated when new locations added to database), or only uploaded file's locations used to calculate access point position and then discarded?
I.e. if I'll detect access point on road, with bad signal level beacause it is actually in one of buildings far away from road, upload it to wigle, it will be located on road on wigle; then i'll walk around that building, record many location points where this AP will be visible, and upload new dataset to wigle.net, will AP's location be corrected on server and appear near that building on wigle.net map?.
