Installed it. Screen comes up. D/L 2-3 map files. Each one results in "could not find any stations in
....wigle.net\data\Washtenaw County, MI.WiGLE.
or
....wigle.net\data\Maricopa County.WiGLE...
Output was-

Hmmm... DiGLE hasn't been tested-forward in a while - I'll track down a real windows machine in order to work on this.
My Parallels WinXP instance brings up the current release cleanly; what version of windows are you using?

Working under Win7 for me (surprisingly). Any chance you're behind a firewall or proxy of some kind?
I am running Vista and I get this same message: utter failure to load cache file. Any help is appreciated.
