Wigle for netbook

As my battery on my netbook lasts 8-9 hours and the battery on my phone lasts 2-3 WOuld it be possible making wiggle for laptops and netbooks?

There are many wifi scanning programs. Kismet is what I use on my linux boxes. See the post file page for the list of file types WiGLE supports.
