*new* Recent Uploads page

Great work on the new transaction screen! I love it!
My only suggestion is it would be neat to have it refresh to the stats page after a few seconds, or say click here to see the updated stats (even though the stats is the the upper menu regardless - just not as intuitive)

I'm sure people are going to want some kind of percent complete indicator or something, I should see if I can figure out a way to do that, to prevent people from pounding reload waiting for the file to finish processing (if it's a big one).
