Using Android as NMEA for PC

Is there a way to use my Android phone as a GPS for a wardriving rig? I would perfer it to be USB since Bluetooth will lessen my results by creating interference.

perhaps your phone already has a gpsd process running? My Samsung GS3 doesn't :(
you could just do an ssh port-forward over usb tether to access it.

on iPhone I can highly recommend "gps2ip"
