I noticed that a new wigle.net user managed to locate 168,476 networks in the month of May. That works out to about one network every 15 seconds, day and night, every day of the month. How is that possible? Where were there that many networks that had not yet been seen by another user? Is there a secret technique I don't know about?

That many new networks were in files they uploaded in May, but saved up over a longer time period.

I found something like that. I avarage between 50k and 150k a month because of my job. I cover a huge area every day between 100-300 miles a day. im also running 4 external mounted wifi low pro mount antennas with alfa cards and kismet on a cf-19.
