hello,
i am brand new to wigle. Is there a possibility to transform the java data to textfile format to get a list with the ssids? ohterwise it is a lot of work to write them down manualy for a city. i am living in germany, and i need a list of the ssids.

I'd recommend using the API - https://api.wigle.net/ - to query the IDs and write them to the file format of your choice.
