Cellular searching using LG Verizon service

Is there a way to make cellular networks show up using WIGLE, like in your screenshots... because I'm not getting any cellular networks to appear.

Are you asking about the android app or the website?
Website: maps - GSM or CDMA
App: make your cell radio is on, it should just show up, unless the API is disabled on your device (check your app permissions just in case)
