Just maps and the ability for it to be started from the car dash unit would be a good start. Maybe an upload button to send the results after a drive. android auto has come a long way since 2018.

We've looked into this quite a bit - unfortunately, it appears that it's not practical for a hobby project to qualify for Android Auto integration.
