Problem when importing observed networks

Hi,

I'm trying to import observed networks on a new phone and it's not working like it should. I tested this functionality on 3 devices and on all of them the download slowly (~ 3.6 million networks) grows till it reaches 58.1% and then stalls. The only option is to cancel the download (i waited nearly an hour). I tried it several times, but without success.



Any ideas?

Retried directly after the post and this time immediately when reaching 58.1% a popup appears: "Fail, Exception".
