How accurate is the cell tower location data?

HI all. I found your website through a ham radio group mention. SUPER interesting. Great job on aggregating this awesome info

Questions:
1. How accurate is the cell tower location data? The lat/lon.. is the accuracy down to the actual physical location? Or is the precision truncated?
2. Can the data be exported via API? Is there a CSV data dump?

Cell tower location accuracy depends on measurements for each tower.
They tend to be reliable (vs. WiFi, which can move and vary more easily).

The "API" menu item under tools has the programmatic access for data. There is no CSV mode.
The WiGLE WiFi Wardriving android app allows you to access your own measurements as CSV, KML, and SQLite file.
