Java 1.40 works, but break Yahoo chat

Hi all,
So I got WiGLE working fine, but it won't work without Java 1.40. Problem is, Yahoo chat BREAKS with Java 1.40, so I can't get both to work together. Is it possible to get BOTH to work together?

IE->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Use Java for <applet>.

Myself and others have used Java 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 and haven't had problems with JiGLE. Anything older than that has problems due to the 2D API that we use which was added around 1.3.0.
