TinGLE 0.3 released!

The OSX native client TinGLE version 0.3 has escaped into the wild.

Here's what you get in this release of TinGLE:

- Extremely fast redraws for mapview zoom/pan
- Better bitmaps for the APs
- Hidden passwords on mappack selection screen
- AP selection no longer works (I'll fix it soon)

The change in the redraw speed is dramatic. I should be able to do mouse-dragging to move the map around shortly with how much faster drawing is now. Even Cook County, IL, shows no slow down when panning/zooming.

More updates coming. Access point handling is still...suboptimal... and I'm going to make some UI changes.
