A Multi-Lingual WiGLE would be a really good way to start becoming more global rather than USA centered. I'm sure there's tons of people out there who would assist in translating.

people assisting in getting access less-restricted map data would be infinitely more useful. then we could get mappacks for all!

in all seriousness, I18N and L10N of websites is especially difficult without dedicated staff. much more so than static software releases, which are hard enough.

given access to the fish and google the immediate motivation is somewhat reduced.
