Hint: nearly all networks in all neighborhoods are vulnerable, and we try to rectify that. Sheesh. A "computer criminal" would use whatever random target they saw around them at the time, or if they had a particular target they would drive to that specific home or office.

If a person or company has taken no steps to secure their networks, wired or wireless, then they are at risk. If wireless, you are broadcasting your existance to anyone around, all day, every day. You must take steps to protect yourself!

Even WEP is proven not to be secure.
